Plan support Vue 3 about vue-splide HOT 6 CLOSED

This repository seems unmaintained by the author so I forked it with 2 changes described in #17 and #25 to make it work with Vue 3. Just add this to your package.json if you want to use it

I started working with this lib in Vue 3 project and the only warn I get is

[Vue warn]: `beforeDestroy` has been renamed to `beforeUnmount`.

Currently I don't see any broken functionality due to incompatible versions, but I'm glad to see official release.
