I am not sure if it makes much sense to place the installation instruction in the documentation: when you've get the git source (and a luatex binary), you can create a zip file (or a sp
binary) with Rake. That should be documented in the README. Without internet access, you cannot download the packages anyway.
What do you think? What purpose / usecase would the installation instructions in the manual have? Or should we extend the README?
