libpurple backend crashes if PRPL accepts incoming file transfer without calling purple_xfer_request about spectrum2 HOT 1 CLOSED

In case you're wondering what the hell is my plugin doing. When a file is posted to telegram group chat, you can't really use PurpleXfer in conventional way because these can only bind to buddies. Therefore, the telegram plugin will still display a (potentially useless with Spectrum) file:// link in the group chat (pending a better solution, but I don't know what else to do). But while the file is downloading, it will start a fake file transfer to fake destination just so that pidgin can display a progress bar. This fake file transfer is what crashes Spectrum (and can be disabled when the plugin is used by Spectrum, since it would then serve no purpose anyway).
