I think it's not a bug. Globally installed packages are intended for use in the shell, not as a dependency in applications, see Global vs Local installation. So, avoid to install the mjml package globally or if you really want, use npm link mjml locally (mailcoach base folder) to create a symlink to the globally installed package.
