Do you've any debug information. It's difficult to guess what happened. I could sent email using contact form 7 ( a form embedded in a post using shortcode).

I can confirm success with Contact Form 7 sending emails via SparkPost.
Are you perhaps trying to send emails from an address that's from a different domain to the sending domain you've configured?
I know when I originally set up Contact Form 7 with Mandrill, the instructions were to ensure that you don't just use the "From" field for a user's email, make sure From is set to an email address from your own domain (eg [email protected] or [email protected] - assuming example.com is your verified domain in SparkPost) and then use the "Additional Headers" field to set a Reply-To with the user's email.
So in my form, I have a field called "your-email" asking for the user's email address and then in the Mail settings I have "Additional Headers" set to Reply-To: [your-email]

@edugsdf were you able to get SparkPost working with Contact Form 7? If this is no longer an issue let us know and we'll close it out. Conversely if it still is an issue we can investigate. Thanks!

I can also confirm that the plugin works with CF7 - I tested a bunch of use cases in #14 with success. I'm going to go ahead and close - please re-open if you see any issues again.

Terribly sorry to be a ball breaker here, but this is still not working and has meant all my form submissions have been failing after switching to the Sparkpost plugin - unnoticed.
The issue:
setting up CF7 with a dynamic FROM and REPLY-TO field, so form submissions are coming from the individual user and can be easily replied to, are failing, because the sending domains are not whitelisted. It only works when testing this with an allowed sending domain (i.e my own email address).
Therefore, having this in the "From":
[FNAME] [LNAME] <[your-email]>
and the custom header
Reply-To: [your-email]
... will fail with Sparkpost for form submissions using email addresses that are not setup as sending domains within my Sparkpost account.
Since I don't want all CF7 submissions to come from my own domain email (making replying a real drag), this issue has NOT been resolved.
I previously used the Mailgun and Sendgrid plugins, which were working fine with dynamic from/reply-to content.

@nadworks
Dynamic From
won't work with us. It specifically has to be something with your own verified sending domain. However, you can setup Reply-To
. I just verified CF7 with setting Reply-To and it works correctly (I can just click reply to and it's set to the email address that user set on the form.
