Running updatewcs() multiple times causes problems about stwcs HOT 7 CLOSED

@npirzkal Hm, there's a test for this case in the test suite but I believe it's ACS.
Could you place an example file somewhere I can take a look.

We discussed it offline and agreed it's not an issue with the current version.

It was fixed when I checked out the latest master on August 28 using
pip install git+https://github.com/spacetelescope/stwcs.git
