你在填写完地区名称之后有点击"保存修改"按钮吗？
另外在相同网络下直接访问 https://wis.qq.com/weather/common?source=pc&weather_type=observe&province=广东省&city=深圳市 有响应吗？

已找到原因，是因为本地国外代理开启后，无法获取对应天气信息。
