[Issue] 1.8.3 doesn't show staking rewards about fearless-android HOT 1 CLOSED

Looks like I didn't understand the purpose of this feature. The naming suggests that it's supposed to display a history of payouts for the account. Instead, it's analogous to the current pending payouts functionality from polkadot.js, where a payout that is lingering can be manually triggered by any nominator.

Please consider renaming the feature to "trigger payout" or "pending payouts" and the empty list text to "No pending payouts" or something similar, so that the intent of the functionality is clear from the beginning if there aren't any pending payouts.
