our messages are getting delayed so long how can we make them process fast

how much delay is there? Did you try to increase the concurrency and add more listeners?

We send more than 1lack messages and we use concurrence 30
And can you explain about listernes
We are getting more than 5 hr delay

5 hours delay is too high, it seems your listener takes quite large time to process one message.
Please consider these things,
- Add more machines/servers to process messages
- upgrade code to latest version 2.8.0
from rqueue.

Closing this bug as nothing to do from Rqueue side, it's more of listener issue. If you feel something is not working due to Rqueue please reopen/create new issue.
