Thanks for reporting this issue, this should never happen...
In consumer/producer web dashboard, please check scheduled message and it's failed count, failed count should be zero, also check processing messages.
Also, please share consumer configuration.

@sonus21, Apologies on late reply as I hooked up with other personal things.
The messaged got cleared, when I used same version(2.4.0) on producer and subscriber. Earlier they were not, even when they are subscribed.
