Oops, there seems to be some issue with sync in Sonatype.
Can you configure other repo source to https://repo1.maven.org/maven2 ?
They are currently uploaded here https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/com/github/sonus21/

In maven central, I can find all repos

For some reason 2.5.0 and 2.6.0 are missing POM files in repositories. 2.6.1-RC is working as it has it (https://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2/com/github/sonus21/rqueue-spring-boot-starter/2.6.1-RC/rqueue-spring-boot-starter-2.6.1-RC.pom); but those two other versions only have signatures but no actual file.

Sorry for trouble, there's no way to fix this issue from my side, only SonaType admin can fix this, I've raised this issue to SonaType nexus, https://issues.sonatype.org/browse/OSSRH-65018
Closing this ticket, as a new version 2.6.1-RELEASE has been released.
