- Solution: @pait() adds the
sync_to_threadparameter. If the parameter is changed toTrueand asyncio is already running, then when thedeffunc is encountered, the asyncio thread pool will be used to execute thedeffunc. - Advantages: All routing funcs of asyncio's web framework can be
deffuncs. - Disadvantage: If the
deffunct does not contain blocking logic, it will still be handed over to asyncio's thread pool for execution.
