ohh, I realized that aiowinreg is also a project by you. Maybe this should be a aiowinreg issue instead of a pypykatz issue then ?

This issue was fixed in aiowinreg master (skelsec/aiowinreg@5b3cc70) however this fix was not available in the version installed from pip by running:
python3 setup.py install on pypykatz
You may close this issue, but maybe update the version of aiowinreg installed via pip?

You are a lifesaver, I totally forgot to update the aiowinreg module.
Now it has been updated, and also the requirement in pypykatz's setup.py is bumped so it should work now perfectly from pip as well.
Please confirm and close or let me know if it's still crasing

I can confirm that running a "python3 setup.py install" on latest github version of aiowinreg fixed the bug here. I have not tested the updated pip version, but I see no reason why this should not work as well. I close this issue.
