It's a weird new Windows 10 bug apparently. You could try the legacy usb2snes apps, it does the same.
You could still run QUsb2Snes and runs the other application manually from the app folder.

Sorry for the issue, i just discovered what happened.
I have an apache tomcat in my computer using the 8080 port so the program could not open. Case closed (unless you want to add a configurable port ;) )

It already exists (not just documented) but most apps will not work anyways. I guess I could ask a message box saying the WS server failed to start and prevent it from crashing if stuff are not set x)
