EROFS: read-only file system
Google is not letting you write to disk, basically, you can't use the workspace disk as storage, I'm sorry to tell you this but you can't use node-persist if you want to run it wherever you're run it now.
They probably have it in their documentation that you can't write to disk there, you need to use a different storage solution, like a real database or something.
