As mentioned in the linked comment on issue #2410, this is working as intended.

Quoted replies are conceptually similar to other actions like copying and pasting text from a message, taking a screenshot of the original message, or paraphrasing what the original message said. None of those actions automatically disappear in this scenario either.

I understand the quote part.

But a message with a quote should disappear the same, as a message with an screenshot when disappearing messages is enabled.

it wasn't expected, that if I enable disappearing messages, my messages wouldn't disappear if it has an quote of an permanent message....
