The following two files are also no longer available with this filename (at least in their newest version):
/srv/fluffi/data/ftp/files/initial/windows/ansible/ImDiskTk-x64.exe
/srv/fluffi/data/ftp/files/initial/windows/ansible/ImDiskTk-x86.exe
The LmDisk installer now ships as two files inside a .zip file.

KB3191566 appears to be a drop-in replacement for KB2819745, at least on Windows server 2008. It would only require editing /srv/fluffi/data/smb/files/initial/installUpdatesOnWS2008.ps1.
