Yes, all the axis system conversions are automatically handled by the plugin, (similarly to v1) and we've removed the setting that allowed to ignore this in v2.
Positions rotations and scales values are all automatically converted (Y-up, handedness and meters to centimeters). This also applies to exposed vector3 parameters.
