Licensing? about adventurekit HOT 4 OPEN

Don’t want to bug you, but need to clarify —if I pull out the graphics and use them in a commercial tutorial for Corona SDK (or something other than Torque) are they still free to use?

I make my living doing game dev tutorials — http://MasteringCoronaSDK.com — and always loved the idea of AdventureKit since I bought it back in the day. Being able to use it for what I now do would be awesome. I just don’t want to hear from lawyers later. :)
