Add export support about gltfutility HOT 8 OPEN

Just a tip, it would be better if this was a separate module with a separate github project. This way people could choose which functionalities they need and discuss issues separately.

We use multiple gltf format models to make the avatar, and want to export the avatar game object to gltf asset for other project to use. Plattar/gltf-exporter and UniVRM do not work correctly. Please add that.

I click on File/Export Selection/.glb and it just prints a json in my console
