I'm trying to present cell-type specific peaks so I extracted them from signac (https://stuartlab.org/signac/reference/callpeaks).

Same problem here, zero coverage tracks result in the ceiling error, for me:
Error in FUN(X[[i]], ...) : object 'x.ceiling' not found
Should be easy to fix, I could try to make a pull request if @showteeth is open for contributions?
