Yes. Current MacVim is too old.
But I think MacVim will be updated later.

Doubt it'll update anytime soon, that's a bummer. There's no way neocomplete can become compatible with 754?

Yes. It is no other way.
Because, less than vim 7.3.885 has fatal bug for if_lua. I can't fix it.
