Could you send a list of mods that you're using?
I think you're having a conflict, I've had this before.

Only these? Are you sure you have not forgotten any other?
I'm kidding.
I'm not able to check the compatibility for each mod of this list, sorry.
But try to copy your game folder(Backup) and try to remove the last mods that you installed, maybe you can find out.
Tip: use the "CKAN\downloads" folder to try to find the order of installed mods, was this away that I found issues.

DynamicBatteryStorage and CryoTanks have both caused issues for me in the past. Start with those.

First i'm sorry for the long mod list, it was copy paste from the persistent.sfs.

Today i found some time to check the problem and by mistake updatet the installed mods with ckan. I only know that there were about 3 updates but no idea which ones. Now the problem is gone and i dont know which mod causes the problem. The time is still messed up (like in the last screenshot), but it doesn't influence the supplies from kerbalism.

Sorry for my bad english and the wrong addressed issue. :(

edit: my bad, issue isn't gone. Only changed that now the background simulation don't affect kerbalism at all
edit2: found out KIS, EasyVesselSwitch and Workshop (OSE) were updated

edit3: deleting EasyVesselSwitch, Workshop (OSE), Toolbar, RasterPropMonitor, Ship Manifest, Connected Living Space, Amp Year, KIS, Extraplanetary Launchpads, Surface Experiment Pack don't helps (delete and test step by step)

edit4: deleting KerbalAlarmClock messed all up again. Background simulation doesn't calculate proper supplies but kerbals get insane fast stress levels (<5 days for 100%).

edit5: today found out that one of the mods from nertea caused the problems. deleting
grafik
solved the problem an all works great. If i find time i'll test which mod in special caused the problem

edit6: the problem ocours with one of the mods coming with the DynamicBatteryStorage
grafik
deleted them and problem solved
