Create performance related documentation for the list about flash-list HOT 7 CLOSED

We already have the microsite setup - we should add documentation for:

• usage
• known issues
• profiling in production and link to how to profile with the Flipper plugin which will be a part of the react-native-performance repository.
• ...

Some of the other things I can think of:

• Guide around estimatedItemSize and why it's important
• How to write recycling friendly components
• Step by step guide to build a list
• Advance sample (#105)

One thing that I encountered while looking at inbox code was that their components weren't very recycling friendly. I think a guide around that will be helpful too. For e.g, if you have conditionals in your jsx things will get added and removed frequently. People might miss this completely unless we find a way to communicate this effectively.

• The advance sample could be a tutorial as well.
• Maybe a guide from migrating from FlatList to FlashList? For example, showing one FlatList that have props that we don't implement or we don't use.
