I realize it isn't possible to make this a feature request. But I need this module, and I haven't been able to find an existing one. I suspect someone has written one anyway. Anyone willing to volunteer some code?

Looking for a Fedex SmartPost feature on Shopify too. Would be great if someone could help here. I see that there are integrations in certain Shopify Plugins (https://www.ordoro.com/support/fedex-smartpost/), but having this out-of-the-box functionality within Shopify for a standard Fedex offering is...well, needed.

I'm working on upgrading ActiveShipping to the latest FedEx RateRequest schema (v13), because no one seems to have published any ruby code for it.
I'll be sending a pull request when I'm done testing things out.
