Just pushed the changes:
They now require a couple new flags—whether or not the destination is a PO Box and whether or not the package is a gift—if you want them to return Global Express Guaranteed (GXG) rates. So I added those options to the Package and Location classes.
Please try this update out for yourselves and let me know if you find anything that needs to be changed.
