monogame.js's Issues

Documentation

I really need to add documentation to the library, in either JSDoc or VSDoc (preferably both). Main reason I haven't yet is that I don't want to just copy and paste from the XNA/MonoGame documentation.

Object define property redundancy

Javascript by nature will create a property when it's initially assigned to.

so this:

Framework.Point = function (x, y)
    {
        if (Object.defineProperty)
        {
            Object.defineProperty(this, "x", {
                value: x,
                writable: true,
                enumerable: true,
            });

            Object.defineProperty(this, "y", {
                value: y,
                writable: true,
                enumerable: true,
            });
        }
        else
        {
            this.x = x;
            this.y = y;
        }
    };

Can just be this:

Framework.Point = function (x, y)
    {
            this.x = x;
            this.y = y;
    };

Error when pressing Start on Clown example

Hey,
I've cloned this repo on my desktop and doubleclicked on Clown.html.
Once opened in Chrome I hit the Start button and I get this error:
TypeError: "_gameTimer" is read-only: MonoGame.js (row 2003)

I've tried putting the whole repository in the Xampp htdocs folder and accessing it by localhost in Chrome but still get the same result.
