Hi. I've recently reported a similar problem with that:
https://github.com/shiffman/libfreenect/issues#issue/15 , even if the console doesn't show any kind of message. Only RGB camera image updates fine. What about your?

I got the same problems on my old mac book pro (2.33 GHz intel core 2 duo) with demos and ofxKinect
Most of topics tells, it is probably a performance problem.

I have the same problem. I have read that its a problem specific to mac.
