I haven't seen that one before... I don't have much (any) experience actually using Docker so I don't know if that's related (first thing that popped into my head was if maybe the stream's webserver port is getting closed and not reopened for some reason). Are you seeing any errors in the web browser's console or in the PM2 logs? You can enable additional logging by adding hideFfmpegOutput=false to the stream's config section. As for the browser, it might be difficult to see the console log if it's hanging--let me know if you're having trouble watching the log--there are some ways to export the console log to a file.
