Initial changes implemented for release 0.12, svn revision 1392.
One issue is that the order of the widgets is now alphabetical based on their
name,
making the options more opaque than before. Options need to be shown/hidden as
they
become or cease to be relevant to the export format. This requires changes to
Biodiverse::GUI::ParametersTable.

Fixed for release 0.12. svn revision 1395.
System now uses two windows - the first to select the format, the second to
specify
all the required parameters. This makes them each independent and thus there
are no
conflicts with their default widget settings.
