Cleanup Group/Role related classes about userextended HOT 3 CLOSED

Completed UserGroupManager

Added a StaticFactory class which will be utilized by all the other classes instead of creating individual static factory methods in each class. This also helps to maintain a consistent design across all of the classes.

Fixed some problems with StaticFactory and implemented it across all of the classes requiring cleanup.

Todo:

• Add the 'Factory' suffix to all of the class factory function.
• Improve naming. Follow a consistent pattern accross all classes. IE. The function 'all' should mean the same thing for each class.
• Improve alogirthms
• Reduce duplicated code and ensure the right functions are in the right classes

Will close issue for now as only testing is required for the beta release. If tests fail, I will reopen the issue.
