Note: The browser support for ResizeObserver
was unfortunately not as high as expected. There were some failure reports in the chessmail forum after installation of the new cm-chessboard. So with version 3.12.13 I added the window.resize
again optionally if the browser does not supports ResizeObserver
.

ResizeObserver-Support can be seen here: https://caniuse.com/?search=ResizeObserver
I am not sure, based on the code changes, which of the interfaces are used. But some of them are not yet supported in Safari.
