Done some work in sgopt (e885549..1ea8763); Jenkins is all blue again (except for OSX, which I can't test right now). Clenshaw-Curtis stretching is now done automatically, no need to change every grid point by hand anymore 😄

Work left to do:

• Add Clenshaw-Curtis formula to Stretching so that the tests pass (fail currently)
• Testing of Stretching class
• Test examples and look if something broke in the Python code
