Honestly, I'm of the opinion that what you're asking for should be implemented by an API client. Option requests for more and more complex functionality will keep coming in exponentially otherwise.

Thanks, I didnt know about this API functionality. I have made a simple script to add a new pools to cgminer, but there is a problem - my rigs are rebooting each day in same time. They will no longer use new pool, because of original conf file is not updating. I have tried to use 'save' to update .conf file, but it adds new pool in the end of pools file.
