temp-cutoff won't cutoff card about sgminer HOT 7 OPEN

What's your temp hysteresis?
That value gets added to your cutoff temp and substracted to your temp target.

I missed hysteresis, so default. Let me investigate, cuz I don't know exactly how many times it was reached.

Ok it cutting them off, but not resuming sometimes. G + R does not help, only sgminer restart.
