No. Even if there are people that for some very odd reasons would want to use a C-like API in their C++ application, I think the library should make it very clear what its target "audience" is. CSFML is for C and SFML is for C++, adding the __cplusplus would essentially say that it's okay to use CSFML in a C++ application. The intend of CSFML is to provide a C library/ABI that can be easily used by other languages.

There's no reason not to support C++ in CSFML. It's just 3 lines to add in Config.h.
