Supporting this will change the result API to directly return an iterator instead of an iterable. We can't return an iterable Result object since we won't be able to support more than one round of iteration.

This will actually require even more changes than that. The PostgresRow will either have to contain a copy of its row's data, or we'll have to do something very weird with the lifetime of the struct returned by the iterator.
The PostgresResult can also store its data in reverse order and can pop a row out into the result.

Reverted in 03e0ab2. We can only support this inside of a transaction.
