I think maybe I have the same issue. I can see my TV in the Home app so I can turn on manually etc, but it does not appear in the list of accessories so I can include it in a scene.

i cannot see any device on homekit (homekit configured, 2 tbs, with pin, completed)
add the bridge to homekit
am i missing something?
