1.2-octocats icon 1.2-octocats

This was just a little recreation project we had to do on the second day of my immersive program.

All of the data from the api is being pulled in. If it's not at 80%, I'd love to know what needs to be done to make it to that min. threshold. The formatting can be done more easily with bootstrap, but I didn't want to break the rules and use something we learned later.

3.3-ice-cream icon 3.3-ice-cream

for some reason the css isn't working. all of the data is there though.

3.4-tavern icon 3.4-tavern

Website does what it needs to do. Couldn't really justify getting the css to not look bad when I have so many outstanding assignments

7.2-react-like-button icon 7.2-react-like-button

A quick little project when I started working in React. Like button checks the number of likes to see if it should say 'like' or 'likes'

I worked on this app the whole day today, and ran into a problem with psycopg2. i uninstalled it, but it's still completely doing a hard error. really discouraging that psycopg2 is messing up all projects we want to deploy to heroku now, and i don't have an alternative.

fastapi_tutorial icon fastapi_tutorial

Built an api using FastAPI using a tutorial from BitFumes (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7t2alSnE2-I)

juicy-juice-analytics icon juicy-juice-analytics

My technical assessment entry for Juice Analytics. Leaned heavily on the Bootstrap grid system in styling. The background image is from Unsplash, and the Juicy Juice logo is something I borrowed from their site for the purposes of this demo. The crux of this assessment was to test my ability to pull and create list items/info from dirty data. There's definitely code that I want to work on, but I wanted to keep myself as close to that 4 hour mark as possible. If I went way over, I feel like it wouldn't be an accurate representation of my abilities. Make sure to read commented code at the top of app.py file.

nba_api icon nba_api

An API Client package to access the APIs for NBA.com

reactshoppingsite icon reactshoppingsite

Working with React Router for the first time. Also using this as a test to play around with various ui libraries and seeing how the interact with React. Not sure why my frontend code isn't showing up.

redalert icon redalert

A notebook to collect and process data on rocket launching alerts in Israel.
