Text rendering issue in servo.org footer about servo HOT 8 OPEN

After some more testing I've found that the issue doesn't occur 100% of the time on new page loads. Also as far as I can tell the first build I've been able to reproduce the issue in is 2024-04-23.

I am not sure what triggers it but I just tried the latest nightly build and the text looked fine on the initial load. However if I closed Servo and relaunched it the text issues would show up on every subsequent page load.

@atouchet Can you try running Servo with the fix from #32499 applied and report on your results?

I just tested the latest nightly build (2024-06-18) which includes 982a6d3 and unfortunately the problem doesn't appear to be fixed. It took a few page reloads to run into the issue this time but the text rendering problem is still there.

I've found another instance of weird text rendering on https://duckduckgo.com/ I'm not 100% sure if this is the exact same issue or not.

There appears to be problems with the subpixel rendering. Bright red and teal colours show up in certain words and letters. Strangely only some of them are displayed like this.
