Hi there,

super strange problem -> I've just checked with my config, I use the following on nearly all my shares:

read only = no;

you should also be able to specify it with the opposide config option: writeable = yes;

You can also allow only certain users to write using: write list = someUserName

Other than that, your config looks good - sometimes some sub directories might have messed up permissions / ownership but I bet you already checked it.
