A SendError implies that the receive side has been dropped. Either the track has ended and been removed internally by the driver, or it's failing to play in the first place. Do you hear anything before you set loop state?

I think the issue here is that the Input you created was not seekable. I think you should use a restartable variant in this case: this is not the default as it has slightly higher overhead.

This particular failure mode for loop commands could be made clearer in docs.
