This would probably be my most sought after feature, since we use the carousel for showing data (not images), and it's confusing for users that the buttons are still active and that it moves back to the first slide.

Can we have a service which has a property carouselItemCount
that is incremented on component init
to do this?

@akashdsouza Services are singleton and I think they dont fit well for persisting the state in components especially when there are multiple instances of same component. They can be hacked by scoping though which I prefer least

Item count is easy, since you bring your own data and you can use that data to get the length {{data.length}}
. So my current workaround is to just hide the buttons if {{#if (gt data.length 1)}}
.
