Have you tried with an upper-case for the S:

Anyway, I think you've a problem with your max-time greater than your timeOut.

I've tried with an upper-case S, but it wasn't working. And my example is wrong. In my situation is the ax-time of timeout-milliSeconds greater then the max-time-milliSeconds.

When I put the option timeout-milliSeconds (so without the max-time-milliSeconds) the XML fails also.

I've tested with my development version and can't reproduce your problem.

Just to be clear lowercase for the o of out and uppercase for the S of Seconds and an hyphen between the words timeout and milliSeconds.
