The easiest way is to create two different custom_components, extract the component to "climate_room" and "climate_living" in your "custom_components" folder.
Then setup as normal.

[homeassistant.util.yaml.loader]yaml file /config/configuration.yaml contains duplicate key "platform" and "config_file" and the rest, anything i do, same problem, can you help me with an example of good configuration of configuration.yaml? Thanks alot.
