Btw, it's not clear to me if the pty=False solution, which works for me, is valid for all (or I'd have submitted a pull request by now). Nor am I sure that the problem exists with cuisine or with Fabric.

It seems that pty=False is the default in Fabric http://readthedocs.org/docs/fabric/en/0.9.0/api/core/operations.html#fabric.operations.sudo.
I tried to isolate the problem, but could not reproduce it. I created a test case in tests/bugs
see https://github.com/sebastien/cuisine/blob/master/tests/bugs/79-wrapper_script.sh
Could you have a look and try to reproduce your problem?
Thanks!

Yeah, haven't had a chance to do it yet, since we have a workaround for now.
Thanks.

I was not able to reproduce in a test, and the problem isn't manifesting since changing the way we're handling output. I do see some output appearing in places I wouldn't expect from time to time but it's not hurting anything now…

OK, I'll close this for now -- if you see the problem pop-up again, I would appreciate if you could send a test case. Thanks!
