If you download a release and run the StatServer.cmd file, and the client with the specified arguments, you will be able to enter the game and run around - that is the current functionality. So yes in a way it is extremly easy to run this server as it is all inclusive (web server, database, game server, login server) run from a single executable.
Tho the readme could be a bit more specific in how to run it, the overall project status is development and not something that the average player might enjoy
Now the focus is on implementing features, like inventory, quests, etc

- I would like to attach a crest to a weapon in the craft room. If it's difficult, could you please give me an attribute crest (such as ice freezing)? Freeze quickly with Ice Freezing Crest X4 60. Similarly, Golden Crest x4 and Petrification Crest x4 are also interesting. If the weak point attributes match, the damage will also increase, so please do so.
