Compilation error (Elixir 1.14.3) about kandesk HOT 1 OPEN

I was able to get the server up and running after trying a dependency update via mix deps.update --all

However I ended up with another error
function Cldr.Plug.SetLocale.init/1 is undefined (module Cldr.Plug.SetLocale is not available)

I didn't know how to resolve that error so I ended up commenting out the plugs that are causing it.
Under lib/kandesk_web/router.ex, I commented out the two plugs using Cldr

  end

I was able to make it work afterwards.
