Node manager has a huge number of open file descriptors about nodemanager HOT 4 CLOSED

This happens when openDHT has failures (logged as 'openDHT: Socket closed')

This is caused only by the repy xmlrpc library. This problem doesn't occur in python's xmlrpc library. I'm going to revert the node manager back to python's version.
