This is not the right way. We should keep the document prologue/epilogue separate from the converter and focus on formatting events only there. Moreover, we should remove whatever bits related to whole document formatting are already there, such as newlines and separators between events and move that to aushape program. If later we figure out how to make a module out of that, then we shall make one.
